I thought my previous mock was the final one, but I changed my mind. So here is Mock 11.0 -- the last one. I promise.
Late information -- such as the off-field situations of Shane Ray and La'el Collins -- plus some late chats with some league personnel prompted this update. And I still not sure I feel good about this one.
I didn't include any trades, which would changes the entire thing. ... So eat it up. Grade it. Trash me.
Now, who's ready for a 2016 mock? Just kidding.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Florida State QB Jameis Winston: Let's just keep him in the spot he's held all along. I don't think there was ever a doubt. This is the right guy for this team. Just pick him.
2. Tennessee Titans -- Oregon QB Marcus Mariota: Didn't really think the Titans would take Mariota two months ago. But as the process played out, the more I heard they will. I wouldn't. But they will.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars -- USC DL Leonard Williams: This might seem like a strange move with their needs, but how can they pass on the best player in the draft? This kid can be special. That's too good to let go, even if they like the top two receivers and/or Dante Fowler Jr.
4. Oakland Raiders -- Florida OLB Dante Fowler Jr.: Why not add another pass rusher? They play in a division with Philip Rivers and Peyton Manning? Add Fowler to Khalil Mack and watch out.
5. Washington Redskins -- Clemson OLB Vic Beasley: They need somebody who can come off the edge with speed. Beasley excels at that. He might have issues against the run, but he will be explosive as a rusher.
6. New York Jets -- Kentucky OLB Bud Dupree: He is a power rusher who would be a perfect addition to their front. They have a good down three and secondary. Now they add that elite pass rusher. Dupree is a player scouts have loved all along, but is just now getting hype from draftniks.
7. Chicago Bears -- Alabama WR Amari Cooper: He is a polished receiver and they need help alongside Alshon Jeffrey. They have a new system and another weapon only helps Jay Cutler.
8. Atlanta Falcons -- Georgia RB Todd Gurley: New coach Dan Quinn comes from Seattle. They play great defense and pound the football. The Falcons lack a power back. Gurley would fix that. With the edge rushers gone, give them the back.
9. New York Giants -- Stanford T Andrus Peat: They have to get better up front and Peat could move in at right tackle and eventually move to the left side. Justin Pugh could move inside to guard.
10. St. Louis Rams -- West Virginia WR Kevin White: They have to get a down-the-field threat who can help open up the offense. White is that type of player. He could be a lot like Julio Jones.
11. Minnesota Vikings -- Michigan State CB Trae Waynes: I have been consistent keeping him in this spot, but they could be tempted to take one of the offensive linemen. But I'll stay with Waynes.
12. Cleveland Browns -- Louisville WR DeVante Parker: They have to get a big-play receiver. They signed Dwayne Bowe and Brian Hartline, but neither runs that well. Parker could do that and more.
13. New Orleans Saints -- Iowa OL Brandon Scherff: They had issues inside last season, and that's not a good thing with Drew Brees at quarterback. I think Scherff will be a heck of a guard.
14. Miami Dolphins -- Central Florida WR Breshad Perriman: He was inconsistent in college, but has great speed and the Dolphins need help in the worst way outside. Perriman is the son of former NFL player Brett Perriman, who played at the University of Miami.
15. San Francisco 49ers -- Oregon DE Arik Armstead: The 49ers are a defensive team and with holes in the front seven, especially if Justin Smith retires. So getting an athletic player like Armstead would be a nice way to replace him.
16. Houston Texans -- Alabama S Landon Collins: Word is D.J. Swearinger is on the trading block, and they love to use safeties near the line of scrimmage, which is perfect for Collins.
17. San Diego Chargers -- Wisconsin RB Melvin Gordon: They lack a feature back to help take the pressure off Philip Rivers and the passing game. They could use line help as well, but go with the back here.
18. Kansas City Chiefs -- Miami (Fla.) OL Ereck Flowers: This kid could provide needed help up front and give the Chiefs real flexibility. He played tackle in college, but could easily move to guard.
19. Cleveland Browns -- Washington DT Danny Shelton: After going receiver with their first pick, they take a run-stuffer here. They need to get better in a division that likes to run it.
20. Philadelphia Eagles -- Wake Forest CB Kevin Johnson: Corner is a need to pair with Byron Maxwell. This is a long corner who the scouts love. He didn't get a ton of attention last season, but he's smooth.
21. Cincinnati Bengals -- Oklahoma WR Dorial Green-Beckham: A.J. Green and Mohamed Sanu are in the final years of their contracts and Marvin Jones is coming off an injury. Maybe this isn't as crazy as it sounds.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers -- Washington CB Marcus Peters: He has off-field issues, but he might be the best cover player in this draft. The Steelers need that in the worst way.
23. Detroit Lions -- Texas DT Malcom Brown: They suffered some hits inside, especially losing Ndamukong Suh. Some scouts love this kid. Others aren't so sure. I think he would fit in Detroit's scheme.
24. Arizona Cardinals -- Missouri OLB Shane Ray: Yes, he has issues. But they need edge-rush help. It's a risk, but it's one that could pay off in a big way. They don't have a lot of great options here.
25. Carolina Panthers -- Florida T D.J. Humphries: Cam Newton needs help up front. Humphries has a ton of athletic ability and could start at left tackle right away.
26. Baltimore Ravens -- Connecticut CB Byron Jones: They need a corner and this kid is brimming with athletic ability, but he does good things with that skill. Jones could team with Jimmy Smith and LaDarius Webb to turn a 2014 position of worry into a strength.
27. Dallas Cowboys -- Oklahoma DT Jordan Phillips: He is a power player and they have to get stronger in the middle. They could go for a corner here, but I think getting better inside is a must.
28. Denver Broncos -- Oregon T Jake Fisher: An athletic tackle who could step in on the right side in their scheme. They need to get better at that spot, and he would be an immediate starter.
29. Indianapolis Colts -- Texas A&M T Cedric Ogbuehi: They have some injury concerns on the right side with Gosder Cherlius. Even though Ogbuehi is coming off a torn ACL, this is great value and he might be ready for the season.
30. Green Bay Packers -- Utah CB Eric Rowe: They lost two corners in free agency and this is a kid scouts love as a corner -- although I think he could be a really good safety. He has good size at 6-foot-1.
31. New Orleans Saints (From Seattle Seahawks) -- Nebraska OLB Randy Gregory: Getting him down this low would be great value. He has top-10 talent, but major off-field concerns.
32. New England Patriots -- Duke G Laken Tomlinson: A power player in the run game who would be an immediate starter. He was dominant at times in college and is said to be a great kid away from the field.
