Now seven weeks into the 2015 season, CBS Sports’ panel of college football experts reconvened to create our 2015 Midseason All-America Team.
There were six unanimous selections, including LSU sophomore running back Leonard Fournette, who was also voted the CBS Sports Midseason Player of the Year. Joining Fournette are TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin, wide receivers Corey Coleman (Baylor) and Josh Doctson (TCU), and defensive ends Myles Garrett (Texas A&M) and Carl Nassib (Penn State).
Eight players -- Boykin, Hargreaves, Baylor offensive tackle Spencer Drango, Ohio State guard Pat Elflein, Ole Miss defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche, Notre Dame linebacker Jaylon Smith, West Virginia safety Karl Joseph and Utah punter Tom Hackett -- return from the 2015 CBS Sports Preseason All-America First Team chosen in August.
