Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will face another charge after a grand jury indicted him for witness intimidation in a case involving the murders of two Boston men for which Hernandez has yet to stand trial, per the Associated Press

Hernandez, who was convicted in the June 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd last month, faces two more counts of murder in the deaths of two men in 2012, one of whom spilled a drink on Hernandez at a nightclub, which led to the shooting.

The Suffolk County district attorney's office says the jury indicted Hernandez for a Feb. 13, 2013 shooting, where a witness to the 2012 crime made a remark about the killings. The witness is not identified in the case, but a former Hernandez associate has sued the former NFL standout, saying he was shot by Hernandez on that same date in Florida.
