Hopefully EA Sports simulation of the 2015 Super Bowl is accurate because if it is, we're in for a great game. The makers of Madden 15 fired up their 12th season's worth of simulating the NFL's championship affair and released a video for it on Monday morning, with the Patriots toppling the Seahawks 28-24.
Seattle actually jumped out to a 17-14 halftime lead in the simulation, thanks to Earl Thomas picking off Tom Brady and returning the ball 58 yards for a score and would eventually push that lead to 24-14 on the heels of a Marshawn Lynch touchdown run.
But Brady and the Pats battled back and with TIME RUNNING OUT, Brady hit Julian Edelman for a touchdown pass to give he and Bill Belichick their fourth Super Bowl together.
The Madden simulation is lifetime 8-3 in predicting the correct winner, for what it's worth.
