Late in the fourth quarter against the Chargers on Thursday, Peyton Manning should have been in a good mood. The Broncos were up 35-21 and Denver had the ball.

However, Manning clearly wasn't in a good mood, as you can see below.

Manning was peeved because the Broncos got called for a false start just before the two minute warning in the fourth quarter.

Manning was trying to get the fans to quiet down, but he couldn't do that because he was in direct competition with the scoreboard operator, who was trying to get the fans to cheer louder.

The Broncos quarterback wasn't happy with the stadium scoreboard operator and he let everyone know it after the game.

During his postgame press conference, Manning was asked if he was mad at Denver's fans for cheering when he didn't want them to be cheering.

"I have no problem with our fans, our fans are great. I have a problem with our scoreboard operator," Manning said. "I'm going to have to have a little talk with him. I'm not sure what he's doing. He was playing music and showing people players dancing and getting the crowd fired up and we have the ball -- I don't think we should be doing that."

Manning also didn't like the fact that Philip Rivers was being shown on the big screen.

"I don't think we should be showing their quarterback on the sideline," Manning said. "I thought that was kind of disrespectful. Our fans are great, our fans are loud. The scoreboard operator, it wasn't his best night."

If you see an ad for a scoreboard operator in Denver this weekend, now you know why.
