Is Eagles running back LeSean McCoy a cheap tipper? Or the cheapest tipper? PYT Burger in Philadelphia claims it's close to the latter, putting a receipt on social media showing Shady tipped TWENTY CENTS on a $60 burger bill recently.

That's the only explanation right? Leaving 20 cents is a million times worse than leaving nothing at all. It's a total slap in the face -- possibly one that McCoy has done before.
