CBS Sports 128: 1-25 | 26-128

With four touchdowns on its first four possessions, Clemson blew the doors off Sun Life Stadium and cruised to a 58-0 win against Miami that resulted in Al Golden's dismissal and the Tigers' rise to No. 1 in the new CBS Sports 128 rankings.

Clemson jumps four spots from No. 5, leaping Ohio State, Baylor and LSU, which round out the top four following victories of their own in Week 8. Utah, previously at No. 4, falls to No. 14 after losing to USC; Florida State also tumbles from No. 8 to No. 17 after Georgia Tech's incredible blocked field goal return touchdown

Michigan State moves up four spots to No. 6 by pulling away late from Indiana, and it seems like our voters are starting to trust undefeated Oklahoma State, as the Cowboys soar up seven spots to No. 11 after trouncing Kansas.

Other than a few minor adjustments and a new No. 1, Week 8 gave us some highlights and news but no major shakeups in the top 25 of the CBS Sports 128.

Texas A&M and Cal drop out of the top 25 after losses to No. 5 Alabama and No. 23 UCLA, respectively. USC, at 4-3, sneaks in at No. 24 due to its dominant victory over Utah, and North Carolina makes its debut at No. 25 after beating Virginia to improve to 6-1.
