Daxx Garman will finish his college career at Maryland. (USATSI)

Maybe Daxx Garman should add another "x" to his name so he'll then have one "x" per college he's been to as a quarterback.

Garman originally enrolled at Arizona out of high school before transferring to Oklahoma State, and now that's he's graduated in Stillwater, he's moved on to Maryland. The school announced Garman's transfer on Thursday.

Garman will be another name to enter the quarterback competition at Maryland, joining the likes of Perry Hills and Shane Cockerille. I don't know if I'd call Maryland's stable of quarterbacks the most talented in the country, but it might be one of the most uniquely named.

Anyway, Garman started eight games for Oklahoma State in 2014 but lost the job to Mason Rudolph late in the season. He finished the season having thrown for 2,041 yards, 12 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

As a graduate transfer, Garman is not required to sit out a season and is eligible to play in 2015.
