Apparently when you're in Alabama there is no incorrect time to assert your allegiance to the Tide.
On Wednesday a local news crew from Birmingham, Alabama, followed local police on a drug raid. The news crew interviewed people after they'd been arrested, and one of the people arrested felt being in front of the news cameras was both the perfect time to assert both his innocence and love of Alabama football.
