Ron Harper has heard the discussion about this year's Golden State Warriors. The defending champions are 11-0 now, and they're beating teams by an average of 16.3 points per game. Thanks to their extremely strong start, people are wondering if the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls' 72-10 record might be in reach.
Harper, a member of that Bulls team, does not think these Warriors would stand a chance in a seven-game series:
@Howsito @DJ_ILLusive45 @LetsGoWarriors @SteinmetzNBA records are made to be broke but we would've sweep that team for sure!!!!

Harper repeated that claim on Twitter, and went on to say that the Bulls would have went 78-4 "with these rules and players." Color me shocked: A retired player thinks that the game used to be better, and wins were more hard to come by.
After a lot of replies to his initial tweets, Harper got sick of the discussion:
Ok i was bored with life i'm over the debate of the #72-10 bulls team and the champ GS

Eventually, he softened his original stance, allowing that Golden State could win two games but Chicago would still win a hypothetical series.
@JasonStubbs_ @ChrisBukowinski ok i'll give them 2 games as long as we win....

Here's my question: If we had a time machine, who would guard Stephen Curry? Harper, Michael Jordan or Scottie Pippen? I'd go with Pippen.
