Festus Ezeli has a 7-foot-6 wingspan. His job, for the Golden State Warriors, is to protect the paint. On Wednesday, Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin approached the paint and tried to mark his territory with a dunk. Ezeli did his job:

That was just an incredible play by one of the better up-and-coming defensive centers in the league. Griffin has posterized plenty of people in that situation, and Ezeli wasn't afraid of that. After all, he survived Larry Nance Jr. dunking all over him during the preseason

Ezeli is getting a great chance with Andrew Bogut out of the lineup, and he's making the most of it. He has six quick points in the first quarter, too.
