For the last three years, Michael Jordan has been trying to sell his Chicago-area mansion. Sure, the national housing market has seen better days but after slashing the price of his mansion in half and still no takers, Jordan is betting that his own sneakers will finally help him find a buyer.

According to Jordan's real estate agent Kofi Nartey, the Charlotte Hornets owner will include every pair of signature Air Jordans that's ever been made in the buyer's size.

From Maxim:

Luxury real estate agent Kofi Nartey, whose cinematic tours of the house have been splashed all over the internet the past couple days, tells Maxim that dropping nearly $15 million won’t just get you an unthinkably large crib, it’ll get you “a pair of every edition of signature Air Jordans in the buyer's size.”

The closet full of sneakers isn't an official perk of buying this house, but if the rich bastard who writes the check wants the shoes, he’ll get them. And if he wants something else, he’ll probably get that too. “If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen,” Nartey says.

Here's one of the theatrical videos Nartey made to try and sell Jordan's mansion:

Jordan's mansion clearly has plenty of room for every single Air Jordan ever made. And since Jordan is clearly a motivated seller, he may even drop the asking price of the house a bit more. So if you got an extra $15 million kicking around and want to relocate to the Chicago area, what's stopping you? Go ahead and make Michael an offer.
