Indiana Pacers forward Paul George is already back on the practice court. He had surgery on the open tibia-fibula fracture to his right leg on Aug. 2, and he ditched his walking boot a couple of weeks ago, per Vigilant Sports' Scott Agness, who recorded George getting shots up on Monday.

It's surprising to see George out there swishing shots so soon, and it's nice to see him enjoying himself. He's not bending his knees much and barely elevating, but that shouldn't exactly be a shock.

"I keep telling [Paul] if he's not playing by Halloween, then he's milking it," Indiana coach Frank Vogel joked.

George is still expected to miss the entire season, though he hasn't completely ruled out returning in the playoffs. If the Pacers make it there without him, that is.
