Orioles first baseman Chris Davis was suspended 25 games after testing positive for an amphetamine over the weekend, meaning his regular season is over. He won't be able to return to the team until well into the postseason.
While serving his suspension on Monday, Davis played the role of good samaritan by helping some people stuck in an overturned truck following a highway accident. Here are the details:
Terrible accident on 295 today. Truck flipped. Southbound lanes closed. Multiple people injured. 1 of 1st people to help out - Chris Davis

Davis was heading to airport to pick up friends. Got out of car, waved people over to help, and they flipped the truck back on its wheels

Having stood next to Davis, I'm surprised he was unable to flip the overturned truck himself. One-handed, while pumping iron with the other hand. The guy looks like he was chiseled out of marble..
In all seriousness, great job by Davis and everyone else involved as well. Traffic accidents can be confusing and terrifying, but they managed to come through and help some people out. Hopefully everyone is okay.
