Oh, Tiger Woods. Oh, Mark Steinberg. Oh, the arrogance.

Woods was photographed in Italy on Monday watching his girlfriend Lindsey Vonn break ski records, and  the photographs included a gaping hole in the front of Woods' mouth where one of his teeth should have been.

Woods' agent Mark Steinberg claimed he was waylaid by a rogue cameraman (!) who knocked the tooth out with his camera at the finish line of Vonn's race.

Hold on, let me double check Twitter, yep, nobody believed that.

With good reason, too, apparently.

According to the Associated Press, Woods wasn't hit by anyone at any time during the day.

Race organizers said this was not reported to them. They added that Woods did request extra security and a snowmobile to exit the finish area, and organizers met both requests.

"I was among those who escorted him from the tent to the snowmobile and there was no such incident," Nicola Colli, the secretary general of the race organizing committee, told The Associated Press. "When he arrived he asked for more security and we rounded up police to look after both him and Lindsey."

This is about the least shocking thing I've heard today as there was no blood or any report by anyone other than Steinberg of Woods getting hit by a cameraman.

I actually sort of feel sorry for Woods (sort of) as even his attempts to create goodwill seem to even end embarrassingly (for now).
